Alicia’s meditation and mindfulness sessions couldn’t have come at a better time for FCM. The series not only gave folks opportunity to connect with themselves, but the format allowed the opportunity for participants to connect with one another through interactive Q&A’s. The information and tools provided throughout the program were shared in an accessible way and gave anyone who joined valuable insight (whether they thought they were a pro, or just getting started on their journey) so they could reinforce the foundation for a strong mindfulness practice of their own.

We brought Alicia to Athlete Institute to work on meditation and mental preparedness with a group of global elite athletes.
